Visual and cryptographic signatures differ

This tool places a visible electronic signature on the PDF. It does not authenticate the signer with a certificate, create a cryptographic signature, or provide an audit trail. If a recipient requires a qualified or certificate-backed signature, confirm their requirements and use a suitable service.

What happens to the file

The PDF and signature image are processed in this browser tab. The site still needs to load application assets and may make ordinary hosting or consented analytics requests. Large or damaged PDFs may not process successfully.
